DISCOVER OLD CAPTAIN’S PERFECT SERVES

Planter’s Punch

60 ml Old Captain brown rum, 30 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml orange juice, 10 ml fresh lime juice, 10 ml fresh lemon juice, 10 ml grenadine.

Fill a shaker with all ingredients and shake thoroughly for 10 seconds. Pour through a (cocktail) strainer into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with some mint and a slice of orange.

Mojito

50 ml Old Captain white rum, 30 ml lime juice, white sugar, mint and sparkling water.

Crush 4 lime wedges with 2 scoops fine white sugar with a mortar.
Add 10 mint leaves to the glass and pour the rum.
Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir well.
Fill the glass now further with crushed ice and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with some mint leaves and two straws.

Strawberry Collins

60 ml Old Captain white rum, 30 ml fresh lime juice 15 ml sugar syrup, 4 strawberries and sparkling water.

Crush the strawberries in a highball glass. Pour the rum, sugar syrup and lime juice into the glass and stir well. Fill with ice and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with two straws and a strawberry.

Viejo Libre

50 ml Old Captain brown rum, 100 ml coke and a wedge of lime.

Pour rum into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Squeeze the lime and top off with coke. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Missionary’s Downfall

40 ml Old Captain white rum, 10ml peach tree, 30 ml fresh lime juice 40 ml pineapple juice 10 ml sugar syrup and 12 mint leaves.

Fill a shaker with all the ingredients and shake for 10 seconds. Pour through a (cocktail) strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint tip.

Hurricane

60 ml Old Captain brown rum, 30 ml passion fruit syrup and 15 ml fresh lime juice.

Fill a shaker with all ingredients and shake well for 10 seconds. Pour through a (cocktail) strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Captain’s Daiquiri

50 ml Old Captain white rum, 25 ml fresh lime juice and 2 scoops fine white sugar.

Add the ingredients together in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes and shake until chilled. Pour through a (cocktail) strainer into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Elderflower Mojito

50 ml Old Captain white rum, 20 ml elderflower syrup, 30 ml lime juice, mint and sparkling water.

Pour the syrup into a highball glass and crush 4 lime wedges with a mortar. Add 10 mint leaves to the glass and pour the rum. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir well. Fill the glass now further with crushed ice and top off with sparkling water. Garnish with some mint and two straws.
